Steelhead fishing has been slow, but a few have been caught on nightcrawlers, Little Cleos and Kastmasters. SCOTTS FLAT LAKE The lake is at 48-percent capacity. The only crabs up in the Carquinez are dungeoness and you cant keep those. This lake is still in the King Fire closure zone. When it comes to Salmon, their impact on everything from economy to culture cant be overstated.
